All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 11.67% occupancy tax and an $8.50 Historic Preservation Fee. Taxes and fees are subject to change without prior notice. An additional person is $10.00 per night for more than double occupancy. Guestroom occupancy is limited to four (4) persons per room. Check In Time is 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time is 12:00 pm.
Guests will be charged a daily resort fee of $20.00 plus tax per night. Resort fee includes 2 - $5.00 off drink cards for 2 beverages in 1912 Lounge, 24hr access to fitness center, phone calls, self-parking, 2 bottled waters (replenished daily), Wi-Fi access throughout resort, 1 bucket of range balls per guest, per stay (subject to availability), 15% off published rates at San Marcos Golf Course, booked up to 30 days in advance through golf course directly, 10% discount on Vaya Salon Services & Massage, (Located on site).
All attendee reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card of Group. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. A cancellation after 12/20/2025 may result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax, and the balance of the cancelled reservation will be considered when calculating any Group attrition charges. Early departures and no-shows will result in the same charge and consequence.
