  • CHANGES TO THIS YEARS EVENT!!!!

    Base camp will be located at 1003 Cheyne Dr, Zillah, WA.

     

    Camping will be two night minimum Only!

     

    If you are bringing additional riders in your horse trailer, they need to register seperately and tell us who is hauling their horse.

     

    Two rigs can park in one spot as long has they do not exceed the total width of 30' and length of 75' 

     

    Day Riders will register on a special form and will be parking at the Knight Hill Winery.

     One Family per form with their address. We must have additional family members name as well. 

    EVERYONE must agree to or sign an Event Liability Release Form which are available to print on our website bchw.org.

    Additional riders other than spouse or child must register seperately.

      • This year we will have baseball caps availabe for pre-order.  These order forms can be found on the Winery Ride Event page after July 15th and will also be emailed out to all who have registered.  Orders must be received no later than August 31st.  There will be several different colors available to choose from.

      • If there is another RV or trailer coming in your group they can park in your site as long as the total length of both rigs do no exceed 30' x 75' and you MUST arrive together in order to be parked together. 

        We have a limited number of camp spots.

      • EVENT LIABILITY RELEASE!

        This release is for the first person on this registration only.  Each additional rider will be required to read and sign a form.  They can print one off the website and bring with them or sign one when they pick up thier Rider Packet at the event!

        • There will be a $15 cancellation fee from the time of registrtion until Oct. 15th.
        • No refunds or transferring funds to a different rider after Oct. 15, 2025
        • Check in times: Friday 10am-7pm
        • and Saturday 7am - 11:30am
        • A Liability Release form must be signed by all riders.
        • Costume judging at Base Camp only: Saturday 9am - 11am
        • Additional Raffle tickets for the Bucket Auction will be sold at Camp only (not online)
        • Last rider out from Base camp is at 11:30am Saturday
        • Prizes & Wine MUST be claimed by 8:00 pm Saturday
