  • Registration Cancellation Request

    If cancellation is requested on or before October 28, 2025, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations requested between October 28, 2025 - February 25, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations requested on or after February 26, 2026, regardless of when registration was purchased, will not be refunded. All refunds are subject to approval. HFPC will send you a cancellation confirmation email within 14 business days. Registrants who are "no-shows" for the conference will not receive a refund.
