Q: Can we bring nursing or small infants and children to the retreat?
A: We absolutely want young mothers to enjoy the retreat and we know how valuable it is to them. Would having a nursing baby there disrupt the weekend? Absolutely not. However, there are so many with nursing babies that would love to attend (we have no doubt our attendance would grow tremendously), our lodging situation and meeting room space can't accommodate if we opened up that option. This decision has not been made lightly. A lot of factors were considered. Most of the ladies who plan this retreat are mothers, mostly of small children. The truth is, we just had to make a decision and this seemed best for the environment of a true retreat.
