We are pleased you are interested in joining the Mystic Krewe of Apollo de New Orleans. Please complete this application and return it to us by clicking the submit button at the end. If completing it online here, be sure to click the submit button at the bottom once your application is complete and watch for a page saying your application has been received.

A $50 deposit must accompany your application for it to be considered and approved. (You may pay via PayPal or credit card at the completion of this application, or we can get in touch with you later for other arrangements.) Each application must be sponsored by two current members (but don't be shy about that - get to know some of us at meetings or events, and we will gladly sponsor you.) All applications also are subject to approval from the board of directors. Once approved, remaining dues must be paid by Oct. 1. Dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable after payment (except that the deposit will be refunded for any application that is not approved).

Associate Membership. Annual dues $225. Associate members may be the spouse/life partner or family member of a full member or anyone else interested in supporting the Krewe at this membership level. They vote in certain general membership matters but may not serve as board members/officers. They receive one complimentary ball ticket and may serve as table hosts and/or obtain additional ball tickets (on a space available basis).
