Mystic Krewe of Apollo de New Orleans Membership Form

We are pleased you are interested in joining the Mystic Krewe of Apollo de New Orleans. Please complete this application and return it to us at contactus@mkaneworleans.com (or by printing and mailing to the address listed at the end of the application). Be sure to click the submit button at the bottom once your application is complete and watch for a page saying your application has been received.

A $50 deposit must accompany your application for it to be considered and approved. (You may pay via PayPal or credit card at the completion of this application, or we can get in touch with you later for other arrangements.) Each application must be sponsored by two current members (but don't be shy about that - get to know some of us at meetings or events, and we will gladly sponsor you.) All applications also are subject to approval from the board of directors. Once approved, remaining dues must be paid by Oct. 1. Dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable after payment (except that the deposit will be refunded for any application that is not approved).

Full Membership. Annual dues $300. Full members enjoy all rights and privileges. They may serve as board members or royalty and vote on all matters pertaining to general membership. They receive one complimentary ticket to our ball, can serve as table hosts for the ball and can receive preference in obtaining additional ball tickets.Associate Membership. Annual dues $200. Associate members may be the spouse/life partner or family member of a full member or anyone else interested in supporting the Krewe at this membership level. They vote in certain general membership matters but may not serve as board members/officers. They receive one complimentary ball ticket and may serve as table hosts and/or obtain additional ball tickets (on a space available basis).Student Membership. Annual dues $200. Student members must be full-time students with a valid ID card. They vote in certain general membership matters but may not serve as board members/officers. They receive one complimentary ball ticket and may serve as table hosts and/or obtain additional ball tickets (on a space available basis).
