$20 per entry (except where specified)

NOTE:

No Exhibitor may submit no more than 2 entries in the pen classes and 3 entries in the single classes.
Each pen of 5 sheep can only be entered in 1 class with the exception of Class 5.
Maximum of 2 entries per Exhibitor for Major Classes 15 and 16.

Entries will be automatically emailed to the Secretary on submission of this form.

* Pens can hold from 3-8 sheep, they are not individual pens. Pen sizes will vary. Due to limited space and increased exhibit numbers please be flexible to pen arrangements. Committee will do its best to accommodate all our exhibitors appropriately.

8. CHAMPION EWE HOGGET to be selected from Classes 1,2,3,5 nominated as a separate entry
9. CHAMPION FLOCK EWE to be selected from Class 4 nominated as a separate entry. Not more than two entries per exhibitor.
10. THE HAY MERINO BREEDERS INC. PEN OF FIVE MERINO EWES selected from classes 1,2&3. Showing lambs or 2 teeth. Nominated as a seperate entry. Exhibitors must be current members of the Hay Merino Breeders Inc.
UNHOUSED 11. PEN OF FIVE EWES showing not more than 2 perm teeth.
12. SINGLE UNHOUSED EWE showing not more than 2 perm teeth, from class 11 or as a separate entry.
