    Vendor Application for Lincoln Wings and Wheels 2025

    The event will kick off with the enchanting sight of hot air balloons ascending at dawn, setting the stage for an exciting day ahead. This will be followed by the arrival of various aircraft, ready for static displays and breathtaking flybys, alongside an impressive collection of display vehicles spanning numerous categories. This year, we're elevating the experience even further by introducing additional aircraft, a greater number of cars, more hot air balloons, and an expanded selection of artisan vendors and Food Truck Zone, promising even more entertainment and culinary delights.

  • Details, Terms, and Conditions:

     

    Lincoln Wings and Wheels 2025 – Vendor* Info
    Event Dates: Friday, August 22 & Saturday, August 23
    Location: Lincoln Airport Tarmac
    Event Hours:
    • Friday – Gates open at 5:00 PM; live music until 10 PM, food trucks until ~9 PM, and Moonglow (hot air balloon glow) from 9–10 PM (vendors expected to sell from 5 PM to 8:30 PM)
    • Saturday – Event runs 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (vendors expected to sell from 8 AM to 2 PM)

    Vendor Setup:
    • Setup begins Friday, August 22 at 2:00 PM – Required for all vendors, must be fully set-up by 5 PM 
    • No vehicle access to the tarmac Saturday morning
    • Overnight security provided (not liable for lost/stolen items)

    Vendor** Details:
    • All vendor spaces are approx. 10x10, outdoors, and unshaded – pop-up tents strongly recommended
    • Vendors must provide their own full setup
    • Fees include space for both Friday night and Saturday (no single-day options)

    Food Trucks** (Additional details listed at checkout):
    • Saturday only spots – $180 each (6 available)
    • Friday night & Saturday spots – $230 each (4 available)
    • No pancake breakfast this year – breakfast items are strongly encouraged, especially for Saturday morning crowds.

    Vendors will be selected based on product variety and quality, and the order in which paid applications are received. If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund. ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE (unless in the rare occasion that the event is canceled) AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.  This event is rain or shine!

    ** Any person, business, artisans, food truck, etc selling cosumable products MUST provide the proper licensing and permits for PLACER county for your application to be accepted.
