REGISTRATION & WAITLIST
Registration for future sessions must be completed through a provided registration form. Families with existing commitments receive priority registration two weeks before registration opens to the public.
All open time slots within each session will be first offered to families on the waitlist.
COMMITMENT POLICY
All prescheduled lessons hold a nonnegotiable financial commitment. All payments must be received no later than directly after each individual lesson.
(Weekly and biweekly commitment only) - After registration and prior to the next session, you will receive a list of all available dates within your registered time slot for the session. All dates that you confirm as unavailable will be up for resale and adhere to the cancellation policy. Failure to respond after registering and prior to the upcoming session will result in loss of priority registration for the next session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are considered late if received without at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations require nonnegotiable full payments. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for resale. Payments are waived for resold lessons. Unsold lessons will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
(Group lessons only) - If late cancellations occur for a partial number of participants, the rate per participant is not altered. The cancelled participant(s) must submit full payment at the group rate.
Payments are waived for coach absences that result in cancellations.
Two late cancellations throughout one session will result in loss of priority registration for the next session.
Neighborhood Acrobat determines cancellations due to inclement weather. Payments are waived for all weather-related cancellations.
