Please fill out this form to apply for our apprenticeship program starting for Fall/Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 ! Serious applicants only! Once we receive your application, we will contact you for an interview to see if we are the right fit! This is for licensed and non licensed individuals looking for mentorship and also for those who would like to work towards gaining licensure in Oklahoma. This is a very small program designed for the right students and only a specific, small number of applicants will be chosen. Time commitment varies on individuals needs and availability.
