                          b) Bartender/Soda Server               $100

                               (Holidays are extra)   

                          c) Event Manager (Required)            $100 

             (VC reserves the right to require 2 for events over 80 people)

                                                      TOTAL RENTAL:    $800

  (NOTE: Add a 4% Administrative Fee for credit card or Venmo transactions)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Additionally, a Refundable $200 deposit (check/credit card) in the event of damages or violation of our Guidelines is payable with the final Payment due 1 Week prior to Event.

PLEASE NOTE THIS SHORT-TERM RENTAL IS ONLY VALID SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a) Rules and Regulations have been read, understood and are on file in the office of the rental agent. (See Attachment) b) Statutory regulations relative to inspection and approval as a place of assembly for the purpose in question by local authorities under the Provisions of Chapter 143 of the General Laws as amended.
