    Please read the introductory information below before beginning your proposal.
  • Use this form for proposing miscellaneous one-time events or courses (including tours, field trips, etc) that fall at other than the normal scheduled class times or locations.

    Fall Term Dates:  September 29-November 21

    NO CLASSES ON Tuesday, November 11 (Veterans Day)

    DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: June 13, 4 pm

    Before submitting your proposal, please recheck your content and spelling for accuracy to avoid the need for corrections or revisions.

    Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you entered on the form;  the confirmation is a record of your submission. Proposals will be reviewed in June.  If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by the Curriculum Committee.
