Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, identify as a woman, submit all required materials (3 videos, essay, and form), and have a child (age 4–21) complete 15 SpeechBuddy Premium sessions
Verification Clause: Winners must verify session use, legal identity, and eligibility (LLC, EIN, school docs, transcripts, etc.)
Entry Clarifications: Your child’s face or voice are not required to be in the videos. Your child does not need to be female to qualify for the SpeechBuddy Educational Fund under Path D. No funds will be distributed directly to individual winners, but rather on their behalf to a business, nonprofit, verified educational institution, provider, 529 savings account, or the SpeechBuddy Educational Fund.
Submission Ownership: SpeechBuddy retains permission to use submitted video content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes in perpetuity. This includes social media, newsletters, website content, and investor presentations.
Minimum Entry Clause: We are accepting submissions through July 1, 2025, regardless of the number of entries. If fewer than 1,000 qualified submissions are received by that date, SpeechBuddy reserves the right to extend the deadline to encourage wider participation.
Winner Announcement Deadline: The grand prize winner and top 10 will be announced on July 13, 2025. SpeechBuddy may extend the timeline if additional verification or judging time is needed.
