    ✨ Facility Cleaning Rating System:
    As part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, we’ve implemented a streamlined Facility Cleaning Rating System to track both the condition of each area and whether cleaning tasks were completed.

    Each task is scored on a 1–3 scale:

    1 – Area was already clean (no action needed)
    2 – Minor cleaning performed (light touch-up)
    3 – Full cleaning required (noticeably dirty)

    This approach provides real-time insight into service quality, confirms task completion, and flags areas needing attention  all while replacing outdated checklists with a more data-driven, transparent system.

    By tracking these ratings over time, we can identify trends, prioritize problem areas, and optimize cleaning schedules. Even across areas with different numbers of tasks, we use average scores, percentages, and completion rates to ensure fair, apples-to-apples comparisons.


    📝 Client Audits Now Available:
    To further enhance service quality and accountability, clients can now conduct their own cleaning audits using this same form. You'll be able to review the full cleaning checklist, evaluate specific areas, and submit your own ratings and notes to our team.

    These audits are also scored and tracked, helping ensure that both the cleaning team and the client are aligned on expectations — and that no area is overlooked.


    📊 Quarterly & Monthly Cleaning Reports:
    To keep clients informed and engaged, we’ll be sharing performance reports based on the cleaning data. These will be distributed quarterly, with monthly updates provided for high-priority spaces or specific focus areas — offering greater visibility and responsiveness where it's needed most.
