This event is hosted by PACO (Puerto Rican, American, and Caribbean Organization) the nonprofit organization behind the Dayton Hispanic Heritage Festival.
PACO is committed to celebrating Hispanic culture and uplifting our community through education, outreach, and cultural programming.
