3. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed and include a packing and shipping fee for purchases made for delivery. We accept payment via Cash, Gcash, and Maya. You agree to pay at least 50% the total price of all purchases made through your account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery: A flat rate is added to the shipping costs at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Refunds: All purchases made are considered final and no refunds will be issued.
