  •                         FAQ SHEET

    1.         Can we help you find a roommate?  If we have another traveler who requests a roommate, we will connect the two individuals, and they can inform the tour director if they would like to room together.  It will not be an automatic assignment.

    2.        I have a special dietary requirement; will this be a problem?  Most of the restaurants have extensive menus.  There are no preplanned meal selections.

    3.        Is the bus ADA compliant?  Yes, we have requested an ADA compliant bus for the trip.

    4.        Will the tours be guided?  Yes and No.  It depends on the particular museum.  For instance, in attending the 3 legacy sites in Montgomery, AL, after touring the museum, individuals will move at their own pace to the other sites.

    5.        In case of medical emergency, what will happen?  We will try to get the individual to the nearest locale for treatment appropriate to their injury or health emergency.  If 911 is required, they will be called.

    6.        What is the dress for this trip?  Summer casual and comfortable walking shoes.  For day outings shorts, sandals, sneakers, jeans and summer dresses are appropriate. There will be 1 or 2 nights, where a person might want to dress resort casual/summer chic.

    7.        Will I be able to leave the group and meet friends?  Yes, this will be allowed at your own risk and costs.  You will be expected to meet up with the group at appropriate times.

    8.        What is the cancellation policy.  The traveler will be allowed to find a replacement.  There will be a $25.00 service fee.  The tour director will also attempt to find a replacement, or if there is a waiting list, a replacement will be contacted for replacement.  There will be a $25.00 service fee.  If no replacement, tour director will reimburse any expenses that have not been incurred at the time of cancellation.  We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
