  • JUST A LITTLE BIT OF HOUSEWORK

    1.      I will send a report of all sales each Sunday night so that you can keep a track of what you are selling.  

    2.      All payments will be reconciled and sent via direct debit at the end of each month.  Please make sure you have given me the correct bank details.  Commissions will be deducted from your full sales.  I will send through a comprehensive report at this time.  I will endeavour to get the payments out within a day or so, but please allow up to 5 days.

    3.      Half of your payment will be required to secure your booking.  Until this is paid I will accept other applications.   The remainder will be due by 28th February.  There are no refunds on any bookings made.   

    4.       You may not give, sell or sublet your position to another vendor.

    5.        Whilst every effort is made to handle your products with care and be vigilant with theft, Rose & Holly does not take responsibility for any damages or theft.

    6.        Every product must be labelled with the correct price and your business name.  If you wish to have specific codes, make sure every item has it on.  Please send through a product list asap, so that I can input them into Square.  Otherwise all products will go through as variable.  All products you wish to sell must be listed. Please note that not all products may be approved. Rose & Holly endeavours to keep our Collective unique and have variety. We try to minimise cross over of similar products as much as possible.  Your products must be identified and detailed, for example all gemstones & Crystals must have name and meaning.  The meaning of crystals either need to be on the product or in an identification index on your space.  Jewellery material/metal to be clearly labelled.

    7.         I will not tolerate deceit, so therefore if you label a product as hand made it MUST be handmade by yourself, not your mums, aunties cousin twice removed.  Anything labelled hand made but found not to be will be removed from the shelf until you correct the labelling.  I dont care if you have some stock imported, just dont try to pass it off as handmade.

    8.          Come in and deliver, freshen and rotate stock as often as you like, we have alot of storage out the back.  Any tubs left out the back MUST have your names clearly printed on them, so staff can restock.

    9.          All electrical equipment including appliances, leads and powerboards must have a current test tag attached.  Be mindful of trip hazards when placing leads etc.

    10.         Commission will be charged at a rate of 30% of all sales.  If you are able to work 1 day per month that will reduce the commission to 17%.  I will further reduce your commission to 10% if you are able to work a 2nd day per month.  These can even be divided into 2 x lunch time covers.  If you choose to take a 2nd complete space you will be required to work for that space as well, otherwise a commission variation will apply.   Time Tree will be available to those that will be working.  Put in all of your availabilty and I will choose the days I need you.  Commission is reset monthly, on the 1st of each month.

    11.         If at any point you wish to leave the collective you must notify me with 2 weeks notice.  There will be no refunds once payments are made.

    12.          Public Liability insurance is required for you to stock/trade with the Rose & Holly in store. A copy of this will need to be submitted along with your rental agreement.  It is the vendors responsibility to have the appropriate licenses you need for your business ie manufacturing food. 

    13.  Rose & Holly reserves the right  to terminate this agreement  at anytime. Rose & Holly will provide written notice. The vendor will  have 14 days to  collect all items in store after termination notice is  given. During this period, all exisiting  sales made  that month will be paid  after products have  been picked up. 

    14. Once partnership is confirmed, you agree to share or post 1 photo announcing that you will be joining Rose & Holly. This will help provide hype, and exposure for your products and other businesses joining us. As small businesses, it is important to help support and work together as a collective community. Doing this will help provide us all with a successful Pop Up.

    15. Rose & Holly will do their best to ensure the shop is always open for business, however, if illness or an emergency takes place and we cannot find a worker, all vendors will be notified.

    16. Please note, I really dont want anything devisive in the shop.  Therefore please note, no religious, political or offensive products.
