Offering in-home Physical Therapy services to those who reside in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area or telehealth services to those who reside within the state of Louisiana. For people residing in all other locations, Vestibular Health Coaching services are offered. *Vestibular Health Coaching is not considered medical treatment or advice and should not take the place of medical care.
Pricing and Insurance
I accept traditional Medicare. Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Replacement Plans may be accepted if the plan includes out of network benefits. I do not accept Medicaid or private insurance. For cash-pay clients, visits are $125 per session with a minimum purchase of 2 sessions. A bundle of 3 visits can be purchased at a discounted price of $349. PT sessions are pre-paid. Vestibular Health Coaching sessions, which are not considered medical treatment or advice, are performed over video calls and are $75 for a 30-minute call. Payment and a signed contractual agreement is to be completed prior to Vestibular Health Coaching sessions. I accept credit card payments through Square or Venmo. HSA and FSA cards may be used as payment.
Physical Therapy services can only be provided within the state of Louisiana. For everyone else, I can only offer Vestibular Health Coaching services, which is not considered medical treatment or advice. What service are you interested in based on your location?
