Thank you for participating in our upcoming events! By applying, you agree to the following terms:
Promotion:
Calley’s Chaos will promote all events across multiple social media platforms, including the creation of a Facebook event for each market. However, it is your responsibility to promote the event on your own business pages to inform your followers where they can find you. Promoting the event helps drive foot traffic and ensures the success of each market. The success of these events relies on the active participation and promotion from all vendors.
Recurring Events:
We aim to offer a recurring indoor event each month, allowing your customers to know when and where they can find you consistently.
Alcohol Policy:
Wine will be served at these events. Please drink responsibly and remember that you are representing both your business and ours. Professionalism is key at all times.
Venue Cleanliness:
It is essential to leave the venue in the same condition as we found it. Please ensure that you clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash properly.
Vendor Fees:
General Vendor Booth: $30
Informational Booth (Upstairs): $40
Application Review & Payment:
Please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be reviewed. If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to contact Calley at 903-806-0562 via text.
Booth Reservation:
Booths are not secured until payment is received.
