Vendor Information
Please review the information below before submitting your application.
One 6-foot table and chairs are provided with each vendor space.
Vendors may bring one additional folding table if space allows.
Electricity is available. Please bring your own extension cord if needed.
Canopies are not permitted.
This event is held indoors at Landon Winery Denison.
Vendor setup begins one (1) hour before the event start time.
Please allow extra time for parking and unloading. Landon Winery Denison is located in historic Downtown Denison where parking may require a short walk.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled setup time to allow plenty of time for unloading and setup.
Booth placement is determined by WDVT management and may vary each month based on vendor mix, venue layout, and operational needs. Specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean, stocked, staffed, and professional throughout the event.
Early breakdown is not permitted. Vendors are expected to remain set up until the official end of the market unless prior approval has been granted by WDVT management.

🧹 Leave It Better Than You Found It
Please remove all trash, boxes, tape, zip ties, and personal belongings before leaving. Our goal is to leave every venue better than we found it.
😊 Community Over Competition
Support your fellow vendors, winery staff, event staff, and guests. We believe there's room for everyone to succeed.
🛍️ Professional Presentation
Please display your products in a clean and professional manner. Table coverings are encouraged, and personal items and storage boxes should remain out of sight whenever possible.
