Terms and Conditions
The GreenBiz Awards is organised by Eco Events & Services Ltd (the Organiser) with Company Registration Number C99494.
Entrants can enter multiple categories, but need to submit an application for each.
All entries must be completed in English and submitted by the entry deadline date.
All entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges which is final.
The entrant guarantees that the information provided, consisting of, inter alia: information, materials, presentations, speeches, documents, videos, photos, and other expressions of the participant, does not constitute or provide for any violation of any rights of third parties.
The entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Organiser for any claims arising out of any material, statements or claims made as part of their entry.
All entrants grant permission to the Organiser to use any photographs, video, sound, written or other material as it sees fit and without restriction.
The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
The entrant agrees that if shortlisted as Finalists, they must designate a representative to attend the Awards Ceremony on 17th November 2026 for the Finalists Presentation and to accept the trophy in the event of a win. Failure to send a representative may result in exclusion from the Awards.
The entrant agrees that if shortlisted as Finalists, they must deliver a 3-minute presentation on-stage accompanied by a slide deck displayed live on screen.
The Organiser may (at its sole discretion) change the date or cancel the GreenBiz Awards at any time for any reason.
To the fullest extend permitted by the Maltese law, the Organiser shall not be liable to you for any loss, delay, damage or other liability incurred resulting from or arising in connection with the cancellation or date change of the GreenBiz Awards howsoever arising or any venue change.
The GreenBiz Awards and all its Intellectual Property remains the sole copyright of Eco Events & Services Ltd.
By submitting an entry for the GreenBiz Awards confirms your agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
