As an Authorized Reseller(1), you may request CES to provide Support Services that are not covered under a CES Maintenance Agreement. CES offers these non-covered services at its standard Time and Material (T&M) Rates as published in your Price List, which is attached to the executed SOW #1.
Time and Material (T&M) Terms:
- Travel Zone Fee(2): The standard hourly rate applies to one-way drive time exceeding one hour, per incident, for all Services performed within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Labor and travel rates are identical. Travel charge will be incurred for the inbound trip only unless the Total Time Onsite exceeds 6 hours(3)
- Materials: Repair parts are billed at CES list prices.
- Handling Fees for Parts are in addition to actual shipping charges:
FedEx Priority Overnight: $30.00
- An Authorized Reseller is a Customer or Reseller that has a current Master Services Agreement & Statement of Work executed with Customer Engineering Services.
- Additional Travel Surcharges may apply for all T&M services performed outside the contiguous US, including AK, HI and PR.
- A minimum Labor Rate Fee of 1 hour will apply to all T&M service incidents.
The Authorized Reseller is solely responsible for contacting CES to obtain pricing on Additional Services. All Additional Services will be provided and invoiced to the Authorized Reseller in accordance with the CES Terms & Conditions of Service.
If your end user wishes to have their equipment covered under a CES Maintenance Agreement, please contact our Printer Service Support Line at (682) 200-3237, Option 1 to request an inspection of the equipment. All equipment must be inspected and confirmed as fully operational prior to initiating new coverage. Any repairs necessary to bring the equipment to full operating condition will be billed to the Authorized Reseller at the T&M Rates contained in the Price List (or in effect at that time).
