This document must be signed by every person aged 17 or over who will occupy the Property after the completion of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) who is not a party to the AST.

The Tenant's Obligations: All of the obligations and stipulations made under the AST inclusive of making all payments necessary such as rent.

By signing this form, and in consideration of the Landlord granting an AST to the Tenant in accordance with the Tenant's Obligations, You, NAME of ADDRESS (Occupier) confirm to the Landlord as follows:

1. You are, or are about to be, in occupation of the Property; 2. You agree that you have no rights and interests in the Property and should the Tenant default on any of the Tenant's Obligations you may be called upon to lawfully vacate the Property at any time; 3. If you are called upon to vacate you agree to do so with immediate effect; 4. You are categorised as a guest of the Tenant and consent under clause 12:16 of the AST is hereby granted
