  • Swim-a-Thon Pot Luck!!

    It's Swim-a-Thon time! This year, we are hosting the event on Friday, April 25th, 2025. Together, we can make this event truly special!

     We are looking for pot luck items for HSC families to enjoy during the event.

    • Bring Potluck Dinner Item(s) : We need families to help make the day even more fun.
      • Sign up for one or more items below.
      • Label dishes clearly if they are gluten-free (GF) or dairy-free (DF) to help those with dietary needs.
      • Ensure all items are peanut-free.
      • Bring food ready to serve (with serving utensils if needed)
    •  Pot Luck Running Time:  Session 1 - 5:30pm-6:45pm and Session 2  6:45pm-8:00pm.  You are welcome to bring your Session 2 items earlier. The different sessions are designed to make it easier for parents signing up in Session 3 to bring their potluck items.
    • Location:  The Den at the P&H Centre.  Located beside the walking track and looks out onto the rink.
    • Volunteer Opportunities: Keep in mind, there is a separate Jot Form sign-up for volunteer opportunities both on-deck and in The Den. Time is running out to earn all those volunteer points! 

    Swim-a-Thon Swimming Schedule:

    Session 1 - 4:15pm-5:45pm - Performance
    Session 2 - 5:45pm-7:15pm - Silver Competitive & Silver Dev. 1
    Session 3 - 7:15pm-8:15pm - Silver Dev 2, Bronze, & Swim School

  • 🍽️Main Dishes

    • Each dish should serve at least 12-15 people, (unless serving sizes are specified by pieces) to accommodate all families joining.
    • Everything should be cooked (if needed) and in a container or roaster/slow cooker to keep warm.  Space in oven is very limited.
    • Ensure all containers and lids are clearly marked with your family name.
    • GF = Gluten Free, DF = Dairy Free.  Please mark these clearly.
    • PLEASE ENSURE EVERYTHING IS NUT FREE!!!
  • 🥗Side Dishes

    • Each dish should serve at least 12-15 people, (unless serving sizes are specified by pieces) to accommodate all families joining. 
    • Ensure all containers and lids are clearly marked with your family name.
    • GF = Gluten Free, DF = Dairy Free.  Please mark these clearly.

  • 🍪 Desserts

    • Each dish should serve at least 25 people (unless serving sizes are specified by pieces) to accommodate all families joining. 
    • Ensure all containers and lids are clearly marked with your family name.
    • GF=Gluten Free, DF=Dairy Free.  Please mark these clearly.
    • PLEASE ENSURE EVERYTHING IS NUT FREE!!!
  • 🥤 Drinks

    • These do not need to be chilled.
    • If you bring in a cooler, please have clearly marked with family name.  
  • 🍽️ Supplies

    • You can setup an advanced day & drop off time, if your child is swimming in the last session.
