This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Artham Education], a nonprofit educational organization ("the Organization"), and the parent or legal guardian ("Parent/Guardian") of the registering student ("Participant"). By enrolling the Participant in the Organization’s summer workshop, the Parent/Guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Limitation of Liability
The Organization will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and enriching environment. However, the Organization, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from participation in the workshop, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

2. Indemnification
The Parent/Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its directors, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s conduct, participation, or any breach of this Agreement.

3. Medical Consent
The Parent/Guardian authorizes the Organization and its staff to administer basic first aid and to seek emergency medical treatment for the Participant if necessary. The Parent/Guardian understands that reasonable efforts will be made to contact them prior to such care. The Parent/Guardian accepts financial responsibility for any medical care or transportation incurred on behalf of the Participant.

4. Audio-Visual Consent
By enrolling the Participant, the Parent/Guardian grants the Organization permission to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture the likeness or voice of the Participant during workshop activities. These materials may be used for educational, promotional, or fundraising purposes, including but not limited to the Organization’s website, social media, and printed materials. If you do not wish to consent, you must submit a written request opting out prior to the start of the program.

5. Code of Conduct
The Organization is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. All Participants are expected to:
• Show respect for others (including staff and fellow students)
• Follow workshop rules and safety guidelines
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior
• Treat materials and facilities with care
• Follow the dress code of the workshop
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Right to Refuse Service
The Organization reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any Participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates the values and policies of the Organization, as determined at the sole discretion of the staff. In such cases, any refund eligibility will be subject to the Organization’s booking policy.

7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator in [Robbinsville Township/New Jersey]. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in [New Jersey].

By completing the registration, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
