    Thank you for your interest in volunteering for TEDxSavannah before, during, and/or after our event on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Georgia Southern University's Armstrong Campus in Savannah, GA. Please complete the form below. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email and updates about volunteer orientation sessions as well as volunteer positions.

  • VOLUNTEER SERVICE AREAS

    • Load-in (Wednesday, May 14): Help unload equipment, assist with stage decor, etc. Lunch is provided.
    • Pre-Event Set-Up (Thursday evening, May 15): Assist with stage and event area decor installation and registration area set-up (i.e., organize lanyards, etc.) 
    • Ushers/Greeters (Friday, May 16): Welcome guests to the event, provide wayfinding from the parking lot to the event space and badge pick-up areas and escort guests to available seats or VIP/reserved seating for sponsors
    • Customer Service (Friday, May 16): Check-in guests, provide them with lanyard credentials and explain how to access the digital program
    • Breaks/Lunch (Friday, May 16): Assist with food distribution during breaks and lunch, guide guests to lunch area, assist with composting efforts and clean up.
    • Event Tear-Down (Friday, May 16, beginning at 2 PM): Load equipment, remove decor and signage and clean all event areas

  • POSITION PREFERENCES

    Please select your preferred volunteer positions, indicating your first and second choices. Every effort will be made to assign you to your preferred role, but you may be placed in another role based on the needs of the event and number of volunteers.
