Privacy: PNTMC maintains a database of members' names, addresses, phone numbers and emergency contact details. Leaders' names and phone numbers are circulated within and outside the club via the newsletter, events card and the web.
Lists of trip participants are kept in case of search & rescue or emergency contact reasons for the duration of the trip.
Names of new members are introduced in a current newsletter at the time of joining the club.
