Thank you for taking the time to submit a reference on behalf of an applicant to our Kamp program. We are dedicated to finding the best counselors and counselors-in-training for our program and we value your opinion.

It is very important that all references have experience observing the applicant work with children. STATE LAW REQUIRES ALL APPLICANTS TO HAVE REFERENCES THAT CAN ATTEST TO THEIR WORK WITH CHILDREN. If you feel you cannot comment on the applicant's work with children, please do not fill out this form. Instead please contact the applicant and let him/her know you are unable to complete the reference so they have time to contact another reference before the application deadline.
