This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved behind the scenes at a major grassroots equestrian event. We’re looking for volunteers across a wide range of roles — from supporting competition logistics to helping bring our opening and closing ceremonies to life.

Volunteer roles may include:

Competition support:
- Writing for judges
- Marshalling
- Pole pickup
- Gate stewarding
- Score running
- Presentation assistance
- Equipment setup and pack-down
Ceremony support:
- Music/PA operation
- Lighting
- MC/announcing
- Flag bearing
- Coordinating riders and parade groups
- General logistics and backstage support
