ENTERTAINMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is between the above named performer, (hereinafter
"ARTIST"), and Adam Routt & Mason Stryker (hereinafter "PRODUCERS"), with respect to the artist performing at World Bear Weekend between October 30-November 2, 2025.
1. The ARTIST will GoGo Dance at our Friday & Saturday night dance parties and attend one of our VIP Cocktail socials to perform & mingle with the attendees. Attendance at all functions below is mandatory:
- Approximate Performance Times:
- 08:00pm-09:00pm Thursday VIP Cocktails (either)
- 10:00am-11:00am Friday VIP Mimosa (either)
- 12:00am-03:00am Friday Dance Party
- 12:00am-03:00am Saturday Dance Party
2. The PRODUCERS will pay a one-time flat fee of $100 USD per night to the ARTIST as payment, in full, for this performance. Payment will be made at the conclusion of the performance. Preferred forms of payment are: Cash, Check, Electronic bank deposit, PayPal, Zelle and Venmo. If a check is required, please note whose name in which it should be written.
3. The ARTIST will keep 100% of any tips received during performance times. QR codes will be printed and shown on screens during the dance for easy access tipping from patrons.
4. The ARTIST will provide promotional photos, videos, socail media URLs and/or QR codes that the PRODUCERS and event can use for promotional purposes.
5. Photographs and videos can be taken by the PRODUCERS and event staff for the purposes of marketing and PR and are for promotional use only. No videos of the Artist’s work that at are longer than 60 seconds are to be posted on any website or digital platform without written consent from the ARTIST.
6. The PRODUCERS are responsible for supplying the performance area and all needed equipment. The artist is not responsible for any of the technical needs of the venue: i.e. microphones, lights, sound system, etc. It is the Producers' sole responsibility to provide a performance space and environment that they feel represents their production needs.
The ARTIST shall submit Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle URL to be displayed as a QR code on screens to receive tips from attendees.
TERMINATION/CANCELLATION
If the PRODUCERS wishes to terminate this agreement anytime after September 30, 2025, the PRODUCER will pay the ARTIST the full agreed upon payment of $100/night for the missed performance of the show.
If the ARTIST cancels or fails to appear at the performance for any reason, other than the occurence of Force Majeure as defined below, the ARTIST shall be liable to return any deposits previously paid as well as reimburse the event for the cost of any travel arrangements paid by the event.
FORCE MAJEURE
All performances under this contract shall be excused if performance is rendered impossible or infeasible as the result of:
- accident
- fire
- riot or manifestation of civil disorder
- strike, lockout, or other forms of labor difficulties
- act of God
- absence of power or other essential services
- failure of technical facilities
- COVID or any other pandemic
If any performance for any engagement above is cancelled due to a Force Majeure event defined above, then the ARTIST shall have the right to retain any prepaid deposits paid in advance by the PRODUCERS.
If the performance contracted is terminated by the PRODUCERS after the ARTIST has arrived at the event in reasonable, non-intoxicated condition to perform the show, the ARTIST shall be entitled to receive full compensation for the performance.
AGREEMENT
This agreement, together with any riders attached hereto cannot be assigned or transferred without the written consent of either party. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Kentucky. Any addition, deletion or modification to this contract shall not be binding without written authorization by both parties.
