I and my students have fully read and understand the policy handbook and will wholeheartedly submit and support the standards discussed in them. I commit myself to the success of this program and will strive to be a positive participant. I understand that my violation of these policies may result in expulsion from the program without refund and commit to deal honestly and respectfully if any difficulty arises during my involvement.
