Deadlines and Communication
I understand my slides will be fully reviewed by the "Content Review Committee.”
I understand that the slides deadline for the Content Review Committee is Monday, October 6th. Reviewed sessions will be promoted as such onsite. Any sessions not reviewed by the committee will not be certified.
I understand FINAL slides are due Tuesday, October 21st, two weeks after my slides are sent in for review.
I understand that I am responsible for registering myself and that the deadline to do so is Friday, October 10th.
I understand that Katie Flash (TMRE), Jenna Gacsy (AI in Action) and Annie Sides (both) will be sending me emails regarding important information for my participation at TMRE. I will read each email and complete actions required.
I will review the TMRE 2025 Speaker Resource Page in detail and fully understand all deadlines, marketing assets and resources available to me.
Onsite Expectations
The standard audiovisual set for the meeting room will include a lectern with a microphone and chairs for each panelist. Each speaker or panelist will have their own lavaliere mic. A laptop computer, projector, screen and wireless remote (for advancing slides) will also be provided for sessions that include a Power Point or PDF. Presentations will be run from a PC laptop at the A/V tech table in the back of the room. I understand I am responsible for scheduling a tech check if I want one. (This can be done when registering).
I understand the schedule is subject to change and is done at the discretion of the conference director.

I grant permission to share my email with my track’s chairperson in order for them to connect with me ahead of the event to help facilitate their preparation in introducing me and my session.
