I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via my preferred contact method within 48 hours, and will be required to send a deposit via etransfer within 24 hours of agreeing to an appointment time with the artist. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received my appointment has not been confirmed. I understand that this is a non refundable deposit. If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 48 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit.
