  • Payment Terms

  • The rent for participation at Premium Food & Wine, plus the applicable VAT, will be paid in two installments, in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions, as follows:

    • 60% of the total amount for the participation, which will be invoiced after confirmation of the application by the organizer.
    • The remaining 40% will be invoiced within 6 months prior to the event. 
    • Registrations after the 1st of March 2025 will be invoiced 100% in one time. 
    • All invoices are payable within 14 days after the invoice date. 
  • General Conditions

  • The General Conditions govern all contracts entered into by Expo Business Communications BV, Minervum 7444 B, 4817 ZG Breda, The Netherlands, with participants at the trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences (“the events”), organised by Expo Business Communications BV (“the organiser”), in the Netherlands or anywhere else in the world. 

  • Cancellation occuring:
    More than 6 months prior to the event
    Between 6 and 4 months
    Less than 4 months prior to the event

  • Cancellation charge:
    40% of total contract price (plus VAT)
    70% of total contract price (plus VAT)
    120% of total contract price (plus VAT)

  • By signing this Application Form I agree with the General Conditions and I declare that I will participate at Premium Food & Wine, Vienna 2026.
