    Due June 30th, 2026
  • Thank you for being a guardian of your troop's finances. Your volunteer service is essential as we partner to ensure the funds are being spent on Girl Scout experiences for your members while being protected from inappropriate uses. That is the purpose of the Finance Report.

    Please note that if you set up your troop's bank account within the last year you may not have statements going back to May 1, 2025, so please submit all of the monthly statements that apply to your account in that time frame. 

    Reminder - All signers on the bank account(s) must be unrelated, registered Girl Scout members with up-to-date background checks.

  • Share highlights of how the troop is spending its treasury!

    A recommended best practice is for troops to spend at least 75% of its funds on experiences for the girls each membership year. The remaining dollars are used for membership dues, supplies, uniforms, badges, patches, etc.

    Some troops also budget a modest amount to save for upcoming high-ticket events like camping or travel.
