    Welcome to IHMPRS's 2025 Call for Proposals Submission Process. Please complete this application if you would like to have a presentation considered for the 2025 Strategic Communications Summit on Nov. 6-7 at Hyatt Place, Fishers, IN. Presentations may only have up to two presenters, and one must be employed with a healthcare organization.

  • Please be aware that IHMPRS has a small budget for keynote speakers, any quote greater than $2,000 (including travel and accommodation expenses) will not be considered.

    Keynote mission:

    "We envision our attendees walking away feeling inspired, refreshed, and equipped with practical strategies to enhance their teamwork, leadership, and well-being. We want them to reflect on their role in fostering a positive work environment, balancing the demands of work and life, and managing stress effectively. Most importantly, we hope they leave with a renewed sense of purpose—motivated to support their colleagues, lead with empathy, and contribute to a stronger, more resilient team."

  • INDIANA HEALTHCARE STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS SUMMIT SPEAKER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    I understand and agree that as the primary presenter, I will be responsible for communicating in a timely manner with IHMPRS Board, Summit Events Committee, and any other co-presenter(s) regarding information about my session. I understand and agree to the following:


    •In the event that the speaker(s) and/or content of my chosen session changes, I am responsible for informing IHMPRS Board, Summit Events Committee, and any other co-presenter(s)in a timely fashion.Changes will be re-evaluated by IHMPRS for continuance in the program.

    •In the event of a cancellation, I will notify IHMPRS in a timely manner or suggest an appropriatesubstitute speaker who is knowledgeable about my presentation, which will be re-evaluated by IHMPRS.The IHMPRS Summit Planning Committee reserves the right to remove any session from the program if the new speaker(s) presentation does not meet the learning objectives of the original submission.

    •I am responsible for adhering to the materials timelines, which includes submitting presentation materials and handouts to IHMPRS staff prior to the conference (by the given deadlines) for inclusion inpromotional materials and the website. In the absence of timely materials, IHMPRS may discontinue my presentation.

    •The Summit Planning Committee will review all presentation slides to ensure they meet the originally stated title, description, objectives and audience level submitted or agreed upon acceptance of mysubmission. I agree to make any edits to my slides requested by the committee.

    •IHMPRS may reproduce and distribute handouts before, during and after the conference. IHMPRS willnot produce any handouts on-site.

    •I am responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce my handouts or presentation materials if copyrighted by an organization other than IHMPRS.

    •I and my co-presenter(s) agree to allow all sessions to be recorded/video and/or audio.

    •I and my co-presenters understand and respect the professional nature of the IHMPRS meeting and will refrain from overt statements, harsh language, or pointed humor that disparages the rightful dignity and social equity of any individual or group.

    •I and my co-presenter(s) understand that IHMPRS programs are noncommercial forums; therefore, the direct promotion of products and/or services is prohibited during presentations. Sponsorships and/or special product demonstrations are the only exceptions.

    •I and my co-presenter(s) will refrain from presenting unfavorable, misleading, and/or incorrectinformation regarding other organizations and/or individuals.


    SPEAKER BENEFITS (Each presentation may only have two speakers)

    •Complimentary registration for the event.

    •One night paid hotel stay at IHMPRS selected hotel for only one speaker for each presentation. This benefit is only for healthcare facility partners. Vendors associated with a presentation will not receive this benefit.
