If you are doing a multi-LP set (2LP set or 3LP set), and you want each of the LPs to be a different color, but all of the sets will be the same - that's still just a single variant. So, for example, 500 copies of a 2LP set, where LP1 is red and LP2 is blue -- that is just one variant. (Conversely, if you are doing 500 2LP sets, and 250 copies are red vinyl for LP1 and LP2; and 250 copies are blue for LP1 and LP2, that would be two (2) separate variants). Feel free to call us if all this variant stuff makes you dizzy - it makes us dizzy sometimes too!

There are no real requirements/limitations, other than it needs to be unique. If you cannot think of anything, just type -please assign-; and we will set the matrix number for you. VERY IMPORTANT: If you are supplying lacquers, it is extremely important that what you type here matches precisely what your lacquer engineer is scribing into the lacquers. INCLUDE CARRIER PROVIDED INSURANCE?
Carrier provided insurance covers visible damage to shipping cartons. In the case of filing a damage claim, you must keep the shipping cartons until the claim is complete, or the claim will be denied by the respective carriers. When a claim is honored, the carriers insure only the manufactured value of the goods - not the retail or wholesale value. Cost for insurance varies depending upon the quantity of the order, but is rarely more than $30-50 for orders up to 2,000 records.
TRIPLE BOX ORDER?
All orders are double boxed by default. You can opt for triple boxing for $5 per carton. Orders shipped on a pallet do not typically need to be triple boxed. 12 inch record orders including jackets and not shipped on a pallet will REQUIRE triple boxing @ $5 per carton - this charge will be added to your final invoice if your order is a 12 inch record order including jackets, and not shipping on a pallet.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXTRA PARTS / OVERRUN PRINT (Required)
UNCLAIMED PARTS LEFT AT HELLBENDER VINYL WILL BE DISCARDED 90 DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT *WITHOUT NOTICE* UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Hellbender Vinyl will store mothers for at least three years, BUT NOTE MOTHERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR RE-USE. Otherwise, Hellbender Vinyl does not store any customer parts, and parts left at premises will be discarded within 30 days of order shipment. Please note -- on smaller quantity orders (under 500 records), there are often leftover print parts far in excess of the order quantity. These will be shipped back to you by default, so if you do not want them, please be sure to speak with a Hellbender Vinyl representative about them before your order ships.
SALES TAX ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (Required)*
If you are domiciled in Pennsylvania and/or if you are picking up your order from Hellbender Vinyl, you WILL be charged sales tax unless you provide a signed Pennsylvania Blanket Certificate of Exemption.
