ANTINOL ATHLETES PROGRAM APPLICATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting an application for the Antinol® Athletes Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. Applicants must be United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or older at the time of application. 1.2. Participation in the Antinol® Athletes Program is subject to review and approval by Antinol. 1.3. Antinol® reserves the right to decline applications at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
2. Accuracy of Information
2.1. The information provided in the application must be true, complete, and accurate to the best of the applicant’s knowledge. 2.2. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the program.
3. Image & Content Usage
3.1. Applicants confirm that any images, videos, or other content provided as part of the application are either: a) their own original content, or b) have been shared with the explicit permission of the copyright holder, including professional photographers. 3.2. If the content submitted is the applicant’s own original content, the applicant grants Antinol® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the images, videos, and written content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. 3.3. Professional images provided with permission will not be used in Antinol®’s marketing or promotional materials unless separate written consent from the photographer is obtained. 3.4. Antinol® will make reasonable efforts to credit photographers where applicable, provided such credit is requested at the time of submission.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Participants in the Antinol® Athletes Program are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity when representing Antinol®. 4.2. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, harmful, or misaligned with Antinol®’s values may result in immediate removal from the program. 4.3. Participants agree to disclose any conflicts of interest, including sponsorships or endorsements from competing brands.
5. Privacy & Data Collection
5.1. Personal information collected as part of the application process will be used solely for the administration of the Antinol® Athletes Program and will be handled in accordance with GDPR. 5.2. Applicants consent to being contacted by Antinol® via email, phone, or social media regarding program-related updates and opportunities.
6. Program Participation
6.1. Acceptance into the Antinol® Athletes Program does not constitute an employment relationship between the participant and Antinol®. 6.2. Participants may be provided with Antinol products, merchandise, or promotional opportunities at Antinol®’s discretion. 6.3. Participation in the program does not guarantee any monetary compensation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
7. Termination & Amendments
7.1. Antinol® reserves the right to modify or terminate the Antinol® Athletes Program at any time without prior notice. 7.2. Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Antinol® in writing. 7.3. Breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and revocation of any associated benefits.
