🔄 Player Substitutions & Team Changes
In cases of emergency, such as injury, illness, or unavoidable schedule conflicts, your team may substitute a player. Alternate players must be of the same gender and age category as the player they are replacing.

• Team changes must be finalized no later than 3 days before the tournament. In cases of injury or emergency, changes are subject to approval by the tournament organizers.

All players must register according to their biological sex. For instance, if a player identifies as female but is biologically male, they are required to register as male.

Registration Fee: PHP 1,375/player

Amount to Pay: PHP 5,500/team

This is inclusive of:

• 4 Tournament T-Shirts (1 per player)
• 12 Games Guaranteed per Team
• 6 Games Guaranteed per player

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable once paid. If your team is unable to participate on tournament day, you may still claim your official tournament shirts.

By signing this document, the Team Representative confirms that they have the authority to bind each player listed under their team to the terms stated herein, and that they have informed each player (and their respective parents or guardians, where applicable) of the contents of this waiver.

I confirm that I am voluntarily submitting this waiver on behalf of my team and its players, and that all information I have provided is accurate.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of my participation, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the in10s Games Organizing Committee and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or actions arising out of or related to my participation, including travel to and from the event, and any injury, illness, or loss I may sustain.
I declare that the team players are physically fit to participate and not under medical advice to avoid such activity. I fully understand and accept all risks associated with tournament play, including injury, illness, or property damage, and I willingly assume full responsibility.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The Team agrees to follow all tournament rules, respect officials, and demonstrate good sportsmanship. I understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for the players' names and images to be used in promotional materials, including photos, videos, and social media.

EMERGENCY
In case of emergency, I authorize the in10s Games Organizing Committee and its representatives to seek necessary medical treatment on behalf of the team.

ELECTRONIC COPY AND SIGNATURE
I agree that this waiver may be submitted and signed electronically, and that electronic signatures are legally valid and enforceable.
