Competition Guidelines

• Dress in Little Farmer Round Up attire. (No dressy pageant outfits)

•If there are less than three contestants in any age group, the contestants will be placed in another group.

• All contestants must be at the Round Up by their assigned check-in time. Round Up will begin at 10am.

• Agriculture-related props may be utilized by contestants. Example: Red wagons, basket of eggs, stuffed animals, fruit/veggies, fresh crop items, rideable tractors

• Cream of the Crop & Little Farmer contestants will answer a question on stage.

•The winner in each division will receive a trophy, the winner & runner up in each division will receive $25.00 Gift Card courtesy of MidFlorida Credit Union, all participants will receive a goody bag.

• The winner in each age division will be expected to ride in the Rotary Club Watermelon Festival farmer wagon around Pioneer Park during the event.

• All winners will be recognized on Rotary Club’s social media & email platforms for event promotion.

• All blanks on application must be completed.

•We encourage you to allow children to be themselves and enjoy the festival. Every contestant to be dressed in their best farmer getup, including overalls, sun dresses, straw hats, boots and plenty of denim. *no pageant style dresses or suits

Important Information:

SPONSOR: A sponsor is one or more person(s) who pays the entry fee. Their name and/or place of business will be announced as the contestants line up on stage for presentations. Sponsor can be mom and dad, grandma, grandpa, or a business of your choice. (Contestants will be introduced by number only during the judging.)

DEADLINE: Application must be submitted by April 19th, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ADMISSION: Admission is $5.00 at the gate to attend event and under 5 FREE.
