  • Arts Walk Single Sign-Up Artisan Form

    Use this form if you are a vendor who does not have a brick-and-mortar location in Downtown Morgantown. Applications must be submitted by two weeks prior to each event date.

    Arts Walk street fairs showcase local arts and crafts from our creative community.
  • Other Arts Walk Dates: 

    • August 9 (11AM-3PM): Dog Days of Summer & Back to School
    • September 12 (6PM-9PM): Pep Rally
    • October 3 (6PM-9PM): Halloween & Cryptid Creature
    • November 7 (6PM-9PM): Local for the Holidays
  • Fees

    All fees must be paid before your application will be processed. We accept PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card. These fees support coordinated promotions, marketing, and event staffing to ensure a successful Arts Walk experience.
  • There is a non-refundable fee for each 10' x 10' assigned vendor space:

    • $120 for Full Season (all 7 events, May-November) 
    • Individual events: $25 each
  • Arts Walk Policies

    All participants are expected to abide by the following:
  • No MLM, direct-sell or franchises will be accepted.

  • All Vendors: 

    1. The event will be held rain or shine. All participants will be set up outside. As such, it is highly recommended that each participant bring a 10x10 pop-up canopy.
    2. To comply with ADA regulations vendor canopies are not permitted to block the sidewalk.
    3. No tables or electricity will be provided to artists by MSM. If you are a musician and require electricity please note in your application so that arrangements can be made. Electricity availability will be on a first come first serve basis.
    4. This is a family-friendly event hosted by a non-profit and therefore should be respected as such; therefore no political messages, extreme nudity, or hate speech materials/imagery will be permitted.
    5. Artist and musician location assignments will be assigned by Main Street Morgantown and are non-negotiable. 
    6. All vendors will be issued a registration number and are required to display the number at all times. 
    7. Vendors are responsible for all proper and applicable Health Department licensing, State and City business licenses and/or permits, and insurance.
    8. Parking and Idling: Vendors are responsible for moving their car once done unloading. Any bagged meters are for customers coming down to pick up an order and are only for 10-minute parking. Make sure to never park in the handicapped spots, even if you’re unloading/loading, unless you are handicap. The Parking Authority views the Arts Walk artists, vendors, and musicians as businesses. Downtown businesses are not allowed to park long-term at street meters. The Parking Authority will enforce with ticketing. 
    9. No Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), direct-sell, or franchises will be accepted.
    10. Raffles are not permitted.

    Food Vendors:

    1. All food products must be handled in accordance with CDC and Health Department regulations.
    2. The participant is responsible for all proper and applicable Health Department licensing, State and City business licenses and/or permits, and insurance. 

    Non-Art Related Vendors:

    1. Per our mission, this event is designed to promote showcase arts and music. Non-art and non-music-related vendors will be kept to a minimum and approved by the organization. This applies to vintage resellers and organizations without an art-related activity.
