Check-in upon arrival to be directed to your assigned space at the Crochet by Jolene or Sydney's Snack booth. Booth assignments are final and cannot be traded or transferred to future events. IF caught doing so, you will be asked to leave the market without a refund.

Double booths are VERY limited.
Electricity is NOT available at this market.
Overnight Security Notice:
We will have overnight security from Saturday night to Sunday morning; however, vendors are responsible for their belongings. We strongly recommend not leaving high-value items, cash, or easily portable merchandise in your booth overnight. While security will be present, Cool City Makers Market and event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please take the necessary precautions to secure your space.

Rules & Regulations:
✅ This is a juried event—all applications will be reviewed to ensure a good fit.
⛔ No early tear-downs! Vendors who leave early without permission will not be invited to future events (exceptions made if you sell out).
🛍 Vendors are limited to 2 booth spaces max.
⚠️ We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen merchandise or injuries before, during, or after the event.
🎨 All tables must be professionally covered to the floor (must be provided by you).
🗑 Keep your space tidy! All garbage must be disposed of by you.
📦 Boxes, totes, coolers, etc., must be neatly stored under tables or in your vehicle.
📌 Approved vendors will be invited to our exclusive Facebook group, where applications for future events will be posted before being released publicly.
📝 Paper applications are available upon request—email us to receive one.
💰 No refunds for no-shows. Market will happen rain or shine.
