  • Members can nominate themselves or be nominated by another member. If nominating another member, please indicate if nominee was contacted and sign form. One nomination per form.

  • VICE PRESIDENT: Must have been a member in good standing of the Lodi Asso- ciation of REALTORS® for a minimum of two years; shall have served on at least one other standing committee of a REALTOR Association. The Vice President shall automatically proceed to the position of President-Elect and then to the position of President of the Association. The President, President Elect, and Vice President are required to attend the California Association of Realtors meetings as one of the Association's voting directors. (In total this is a 4 year term)

    SECRETARY / TREASURER: 2 Year Term. Must have been a member in good standing of the Lodi Association of Realtors for a minimum of two years, must have served at least one year on the Budget & Finance Committee and must have served on at least one other standing committee of a REALTOR Association.

    DIRECTOR (2 Positions Open): 2 Year Term. Must have been a member in good standing of the Lodi Association of REALTORS® for at least one year and have served on at least one other standing committee of a REALTOR Association.

    NOTE: The Board of Directors shall consist of no more than two licensees from the same company/brokerage at time of election. REQUIREMENTS: Directors are required to attend professional standards training on a regular basis.
