NEW CLUB APPLICATION

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE STXCL (Previously Known USC), TEAMS APPLYING WILL BE UNDER A (1) SEASON PROBATIONARY PERIOD. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEMS BEFORE CONTINUING. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED. (Deadline to register Feb 28th 2026)
APPLICATION FEE

If your club is applying for membership in Elite Clubs National League or Regional League and is not a current member of the STXCL, please submit your application here. For STXCL, you must submit a non-refundable application processing fee of $200.00, which is payable to United Soccer Clubs. Your application will not be considered without this fee.

STXCL will review the application and inform the applicant of its decision following a board review. Upon acceptance into the STXCL, your Primary Club Contact will receive an email containing the STXCL Membership Agreement and STXCL Rules and Regulations. The Club must sign and return the STXCL Membership Agreement and the one-time $500 new member fee to the STXCL by the specified date, or your club may lose its invitation to join the specified STXCL season. This is due within five business days of approval.

Comply with and be bound by all rules, regulations, policies, procedures and other directions of USC, including, without limitation, the STXCL Competition Rules, the STXCL Code of Ethics and Conduct Guidelines, Game Day Procedures, and the STXCL Bylaws (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by STXCL, and collectively referred to herein as the “Rules and Regulations”), and which are incorporated herein by reference
