Finance Charges
HQ Paint Company in extending credit to the above business, I/We (Applicant) hereby guarantee to pay for all products supplied to the above business. Monthly finance charges at the rate of 2% will be charged for any unpaid amount(s) beyond the agreed upon terms. If the account is placed with a third party for collection, I/We (Applicant) agree to pay all costs including attorney fees, court costs and finance charges.
