2026 PEEKSKILL JUNETEENTH PARADE, VENDOR TABLE AND VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
  • Peekskill Juneteenth Celebration 
    Saturday, June 20, 2026

    Parade Kickoff: 12:00 PM (Noon)
    All parade participants must be ready and in position prior to 12:00 PM sharp. Please adhere strictly to the kickoff time.

    Festival, Entertainment & Vendors: Vendors set up begins 10:00am                                                                     Festival starts at 1:00 PM

    IMPORTANT: Please Review All Instructions Before Submitting

     

    Parade Participation

    If you wish to participate in the parade, you must complete all five (5) sections of the parade registration form.


    Community Vendor Table

    Must have own table, tent and chairs.
    Community organizations wishing to host an informational table ONLY! must specify what materials, resources, or information will be distributed. No Selling Allowed

    Vendor Fee: $0


    Craft / Selling Vendor

    Must have own table, tent and chairs. If you wish to sell craft items or merchandise:You must list the items you will be selling

    Vendor Fee: $40.00

    Food Vendors

    Must obtain a valid Westchester County Department of Health Food Permit
    Proof of permit may be required prior to approval

    Vendor Fee: $100.00

    Volunteers Needed
    We are seeking volunteers to assist during the Juneteenth Celebration.

    Volunteer Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026
    Time Commitment: Minimum of 2 hours

    Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring a successful and meaningful celebration.

     

    2026 VENDORS INFORMATION

    * 2026 Juneteenth will be held on: Saturday, June 20, 2026 

    * Downtown Festival opens at 1:00 pm. Vendors should be set up and cars removed from the street no later than 11:30 am

    * Craft Vendors or anyone selling items must pay a fee of $40.00 before May 29, 2026

    * Food Vendors MUST have a food permit and pay $100.00 before May 29, 2026

    * All resource/information vendors are FREE.

    * Juneteenth Parade will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026

    * Juneteenth Parade: Kicks off at 12:00 pm

    * Parade CHECK-IN starts at 10:00 am and ends at 11:15 am

    * All organizations will be briefly introduced in front of the Grand Stand. Please shorten your bio to 2-3 sentences only.

    * Please also let us know if you will have a vechicle.

    Note: Everyone participating in the parade MUST have a banner or sign; NO EXCEPTIONS.

    * Juneteenth Downtown Festival: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

    * Please RSVP for the parade by Friday, May 22, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • JUNETEENTH VENDOR TABLES 

    If you are interested in having a vendor table at the Juneteenth Festival, please note the following information:

    - If you are selling items, the fee for a vendor table is $40.00. To confirm your vendor space, please do so before Friday, May 29, 2026. (Please refer to all details above regarding checks or money orders.)

    - If you are NOT selling anything, you can obtain a vendor SPACE for FREE.

    All Vendors MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLE & CHAIRS. 

    Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment have been received and confirmed.

  • JUNETEENTH FOOD VENDORS 

    Food Vendors – Important Requirements

    All food vendors must obtain a valid Westchester County Department of Health Food Permit.

    In addition, a $100.00 vendor fee is required to confirm your vendor space. Payment must be submitted no later than Friday, May 29, 2026.

    Please refer to the payment instructions above for details regarding acceptable forms of payment, including checks or money orders.

    Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until both the permit and payment have been received and confirmed.

    Assisting festival vendors
    Parade coordination & division leaders
    Supporting festival operations
