Club Policies
1. All non-members must register before playing. No exceptions.
2. Membership card must be presented if verification is requested.
3. No profanity or abusive language.
4. No black-soled, marking shoes, or high heels allowed on playing mats.
5. Clean up after yourself – dispose of trash properly.
6. Only staff may move or adjust table barriers and equipment.
7. Return chairs to designated areas after use.
8. During peak hours, no single group may occupy a table for more than 30 minutes.
9. Respect club hours of operation.
10. Any damage to club property must be reimbursed by the responsible party.
11. Lessons and organized activities have priority over open play.
12. Last members leaving must ensure lights and AC are turned off.

Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless SoCal Table Tennis, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from participation.

Release from Liability for Services

I, First Name* Last Name* , do hereby waive and release, indemnify, and forever discharge SoCal Table Tennis LLC and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, members, and assigns from any claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to the services (“Services”) provided to me by SoCal Table Tennis LLC, provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful, or wanton misconduct.

By this Waiver, I assume any risk, take full responsibility, and waive any claims of personal injury, death, or damage to personal property associated with such Services, including but not limited to temporary or permanent damage, unsatisfactory results from Services provided, and personal property damage.
The provision of this Waiver and Release will continue in full force and effect even after termination of the services provided to me, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise.

I have read, understand, and fully agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release. I confirm that by signing this Waiver and Release, I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to me. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional Waiver and Release of all liability to the full extent of the law.
