Food Vendor Application for September 5, 6, & 7, 2025

2025 South End Art Hop Weekend Offical Hours:

Friday, September 5, 5pm - 10pm
Saturday, September 6, 10am - 10pm
Sunday, September 7, 11am - 4pm

This form is an application to be considered for Art Hop vending, there is a $350 fee if you are selected, which is due upon notification.

The expectation is that food vendors are open all three days of the event, for all hours of Friday (5pm-10pm) and Sunday (11am-4pm). Leaving early is not permitted. On Saturday, we request that you are open for at least 8 of the 12 hours. Customers are looking to eat all weekend – we promise you will make money on each day!

**If there are extenuating circumstances and you can only participate for 2 of 3 days, please still apply and make that clear in your application. Please also let us know your planned hours for Saturday. Thank you!

Deadline is ongoing until full, by July 31, 2025.

Spots may fill up earlier than that, so get your applications in early. Food vendors will be notified of whether they’ve been accepted.

Optional: Include specific notes about your truck and/or your preferences for site placement. If you've had spot in the past that you liked, let us know where that was, knowing that we will not be able to guarantee placement this year. All sites will be selected to serve the best interest for safety of the visitors. Thanks for understanding!
Vending a 3 Day Event*

Food vendors are expected to be open each day of the event, for each hour on Friday from 5pm - 10pm and Sunday from 11am - 4pm, with the option to vend for a minimum of 8 hours on Saturday, as it's a long day! Leaving early will not be permitted, as customers are looking to eat all weekend. I understand that not fully complying with this rule will disqualify me from vending future SEABA events.
