  • West Beach Resident Sticker Application

    Access to the Beach parking lot in the summer is by car sticker. To be eligible for a resident sticker, applicants must reside within a certain boundary established by the West Beach Corporation in Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing. Please complete application and submit payment. Once your application has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email from West Beach Corporation. West Beach Corporation reviews these applications weekly. Any applications that do not have the required information will be rejected and you will be refunded your sticker payment, less a $10 processing fee. If you experience any issues uploading documents or pictures or are unable to submit your application, please email WBCStickers@gmail.com . If you do not receive a confirmation email of this submission, please email WBCStickers@gmail.com. Thank you.

  • Proof of Residency

    As proof of residency, you must provide all three of the following your DRIVERS LICENSE, VEHICLE REGISTRATION and current XFINITY or NATIONAL GRID bill, dated within 30 days. (tax bills and water and sewer bills do not apply). All three documents must show a West Beach Corporation eligible address. If renting your residence, a copy of a residential lease or tenant at will agreement may be required. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS LEASED, A COPY OF YOUR LEASE MUST BE PROVIDED.

    West Beach Corporation Rules & Regulations
  • General Rules

    1. Any and all persons violating the following rules and regulations will be subject to immediate forfeiture of their beach and or membership privileges, until further notice is received from the Board of Directors.
    2. Any and all beach employees, servants, representatives, and/or agents shall have the authority, and the Board of Directors hereby so grants, to cause immediate and instant termination and forfeiture of a member’s beach privileges and/or membership privileges. Immediately upon oral or verbal notice of termination, the member shall become a trespasser, and as such, will be subject to arrest and prosecution by law enforcement authorities.
    3. No member or guest shall do anything which disturbs or would tend to disturb the quiet enjoyment of other members of guests of the Beach.
    4. No animals are allowed on the beach.
    5. No cars are allowed without stickers.
    6. No unauthorized motor vehicles allowed on the sand.
    7. Beach parties require permission via a written request sent to: westbeachcorp@gmail.com.
    8. Trash is strictly CARRY IN, CARRY OUT! Littering is not tolerated and can result in loss of Beach privileges.
    9. All coals are to be extinguished at water’s edge.
    10. Disrespect or abuse toward West Beach Directors, officers, employees, members or their guests, will not be tolerated and will be reason for immediate suspension and revocation of beach and/or membership privileges.
    11. Abuse of the bath house is prohibited.
    12. All bicycles must be parked on the bike rack.
    13. GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BEACH PROPERTY.
    14. NO LOUD MUSIC WILL BE TOLERATED

    Safety Rules

    1. No artificial floats, rubber tubes, life preservers, beach balls, or other flotation devices are allowed in the swim area.
    2. No spear guns are allowed in the swim area.
    3. No ball playing, frisbees, sand or rock throwing, or reckless behavior is allowed on the beach, parking area, or in the water. (At low tide, ball playing and frisbees are allowed if the wet sand is not crowded.)
    4. No long distance, off-shore swimming is allowed.
    5. No solo scuba diving is allowed. 
    6. SUP, surfboards, kayaks, and canoes must have life perservers on board. Persons under 16 years of age must be wearing a life perserver.  

    Rules Regarding Boats

    1. All motor boats must shut off engines well out beyond swim area and row into shore.
    2. All sail boats and sail boards must be out beyond swim area before raising sails.
    3. Row boats are not to interfere with swimmers and are to keep well clear of swimmers when going out from or into shore.
    4. No jumping or diving from boats is allowed.
    5. All boats are required to have life jackets equivalent to the number of people in the boat including paddle boards.
    6. Boats should not carry any more passengers than the stated capacity load of the boat.
    7. People keeping boats along wall are required to register their boat at the office.
    8. No boat trailers left in parking lot.

    Parking will be on a "Space Available" bases "First Come First Served"

  • In consideration of obtaining West Beach privileges, I assume the risk of accident or damage to his or her own person, guest, and property, and hereby release and discharge West Beach Corporation, and any of its Directors, Officers, Employees, and
    Agents from all claims, liabilities, or demands of any kind, for an account of any personal injury or damage of any kind sustained, whether caused by the negligence of West Beach Corporation, and any of its Directors, Officers, Employees, and Agents or otherwise.

    By accepting this sticker, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, and will abide by the Rules and Regulations of West Beach Corporation. The Rules and Regulations are available on the Beach’s web site, www.westbeachcorp.com or one can be mailed to you.

  • Discount Eligibility For Residents 65 or older as of June 1, 2025:
    West Beach Corporation offers one discounted sticker per household for eligible residents 65 or older as of June 1, 2025. For example, if you are 65 and another household member is 71 as of June 1, 2025, only one resident of your household may obtain one of the discounted stickers based on age. In this scenario the 71-year-old would apply for the free sticker and the 65-year-old is required to pay for a full price resident sticker.
