  • Thanks for choosing Pre Loved Geelong as your consignment service provider. Before we can accept new styles into our store we need you to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions (please read these as there's important information included)

     This terms of agreement form applies to all future consigments with Pre Loved Geelong. 


  • Pre Loved Geelong Service Terms & Conditions

    • By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, {fullName3} (“Client”) has retained Pre Loved Geelong (“Service Provider”) to sell pre loved items and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement.
    • Pricing for each item will be determined by the Pre Loved Geelong team. 
    • Clothing must be freshly washed and free from damage prior to bringing them to us. If cleaning/repairs are required the fee for this will be deducted from any sales made, without notice. 
    • We only sell authentic brand labels. If you wish to consign a high end, luxury designer bag, pair of shoes, or accessory, please submit, where available: an authenticity card; an invoice or receipt as proof of purchase; and/or the original box or dust bag. If none of the above are available, we will complete an online authentication with an independent authentication specialist, at the consignor's cost (usually $75)
    • If your clothes do not sell within 4 weeks of listing, then we may decide to reduce the listing price every 2 weeks until sold. If the item remains unsold for a total of 12 weeks, we may contact you to return them to you, or donate it to a charity, depending on your preference as indicated on this agreement.
    • We may choose to hold sales events at our absolute discretion, the % or $ off amount will be decudted from the total item price and the commission paid will be based on the reduced price. 
    • We will pay you 45% of the final sale price ex GST. 
    • Payment for sold items will be made on the 1st of the month, or the next business day therefafter, for the month prior, by direct deposit into your nominated bank no cash payments are made.
    • Items listed must be owned by the consignor, or the consignor must have written permission to sell the items on behalf of a third party.
    • Unsold items must be collected within 7 days of being notified, failure to collect may result in us donating your goods to our charity partner without notice.
