fully realize that my participation may entail certain risks of personal injury and, with this in mind and in consideration thereof, do hereby agree on behalf of myself, my spouse, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns to waive any demands, actions, judgments, and executions for damages against the sponsors or members of the organizing committee created by or arising out of my participation in this event. I specifically understand that none of the above nor any of the members shall in any way be obligated to inform me of any dangers with said event at said time and place, aside for the safety precautions already provided as I appreciate these risks and assume them by participation.
